Rally Foreword

This year we will once again provide the full colour photocopy maps. These will be provided at the start and will have junctions and other interesting locations numbered. The route instructions will be issued at various stages along the route (usually just before a nice big lay-by).

The overall mileage will be approximately 130 and the route will traverse approximately 20 miles of un-surfaced roads. A sump guard is therefore recommended.

Finally, as usual, we will need a large number of marshals and we are relying on you, the competitors, to bring along friends, enemies or relatives to fill the roles. Marshals manning controls in the later sections of the event will receive a free breakfast and all marshals will receive excellent goody bags and spectator information which will not be otherwise available.
