Secondly, Stockport Motor Club has presented the SMC Stages since 1990, all of which have been at venues in North Wales. This is our second venture to Weeton Army Camp.
However, it is our intention to run the best possible event for competitors as we have done in previous years. We aim to run 12 stages covering 50 miles on a mixture of quick and twisty roads all on a sealed surface, coupled with our quick stage turn rounds giving everybody a good days motor sport.
As an ANWCC Stage Rally Championship Round, 2004 also sees the event as part of the "2004 KLMC ProPrep Stage Rally Championship", previous history of this popular venue has proved that an early entry should be considered, as we expect this rally to become oversubscribed very quickly.
